If you receive a product that is damaged or not functional due to shipping damages, you must contact Wood Floors Unlimited within three days of receiving it and we will arrange to replace the product. For all other returns you must contact Wood Floors Unlimited to obtain a return authorization number within 15 days of purchase, package the item up safely and securely and ship it back to us in an appropriate manner. Such returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Every order placed must include a valid email address. If our email order confirmation is returned as undeliverable, we will make three more attempts to contact you. If all methods fail your order will be voided. All email address we gather are only used to contact you regarding your order and/or account.

All credit card's used for payment are matched against the address given as your billing address. If these do not match what is on file with your credit card bank, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. Any orders where this cannot be resolved will be voided.
